This study aims to analyze the implementation of collaborative school management in creating a quality learning environment at SMKN 1 Karawang. The research focuses on how collaboration among the principal, teachers, education staff, and external stakeholders contributes to achieving educational goals within the framework of the Merdeka Curriculum. The complexity of managing a large number of students and diverse educational needs demands a participatory and adaptive management approach. This research employs a qualitative approach using a case study method. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentation analysis of school management records and policy documents. The informants consisted of the principal, selected teachers, education staff, and students chosen purposively based on their involvement in the school’s collaborative management processes. The results indicate that the school principal plays a central role as a facilitator and coordinator in synergizing all school components. The resulting learning environment reflects a collaborative work culture that emphasizes openness, mutual respect, and quality orientation. Teachers and staff are actively involved in planning, implementing, and evaluating learning activities, while students are engaged through various forums that promote active participation and learning independence. Based on the findings, the study recommends regular collaborative management training for all school members, as well as the development of an internal evaluation system that embraces participatory values. Such efforts will enable SMKN 1 Karawang to continuously strengthen its role as a leading vocational school in fostering a quality learning environment.
