ANALISIS MANAJEMEN LAYANAN BIMBINGAN KONSELING INDIVIDUAL DALAM MEMPERSIAPKAN KARIR SISWA KELAS XII TBSM DI SMK BHINNEKA KARAWANG

This study aims to describe and analyze the role of individual counseling service management in supporting career guidance for 12th grade students of the TBSM program at SMK Bhinneka Karawang. Using a qualitative approach with a descriptive method, data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation. The key informants in this study included the school principal, head of the student affairs division, the school counselor, and the students of class XII TBSM. The findings indicate that individual counseling services are systematically and well-organized, with a clear program for career guidance aimed at helping students recognize their potential and plan for their future after graduation. Furthermore, support from the school leadership, such as the principal and student affairs division, plays a crucial role in the successful implementation of these services. The study recommends expanding individual counseling services by utilizing technology to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Additionally, strengthening collaboration between the school and industry is necessary to provide more relevant career information for the students, ensuring that the career guidance offered is comprehensive and aligned with industry needs
