The cultivation of Islamic character values is an urgent need in the world of education, especially at the Vocational High School (SMK) level, which not only prepares students in vocational skills, but also morally and spiritually.This study aims to describe and analyze the role of religious activities in shaping students' Islamic character at SMK Teknologi. The method used is a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The results showed that religious activities such as congregational prayers, tadarus Al-Qur'an, flash pesantren, and routine studies at school contributed significantly in shaping students' religious characters, such as discipline, responsibility, empathy, and honesty. The role of PAI teachers and ROHIS coaches as facilitators and role models is an important factor in the value internalization process. Although there are some challenges, such as time constraints and uneven student participation, strengthening strategies such as active student involvement and contextual approaches have proven effective in increasing participation and program sustainability. Thus, religious activities have a strategic role in strengthening the Islamic character of students in vocational schools, and can be a model of character development that is relevant to the context of vocational education today.
