This study examines the role of positive psychology in improving women's psychological well-being by enhancing happiness and emotional resilience. In modern life, women often face emotional stress due to their dual roles as mothers, wives, and workers. Through a positive psychology approach, which emphasizes self-empowerment, meaning in life, and social relationships, women can build emotional balance and enhance authentic happiness. This study used a qualitative descriptive method with a literature review of scientific literature published between 2015 and 2025. The analysis showed that applying the values of gratitude, resilience, and mindfulness can increase self-esteem, reduce stress, and strengthen social support. In conclusion, positive psychology makes a significant contribution to women's psychological well-being by helping them become more resilient, happier, and more meaningful in carrying out their life roles.
