Abstract

This study aims to describe curriculum management in improving learning services at SMKN 15 Bekasi. Using a descriptive qualitative approach with a case study method, the research involved the principal, vice principal of curriculum affairs, department heads, teachers, and students as informants. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and document analysis. The findings show that the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum at SMKN 15 Bekasi is carried out through collaboration among all school elements, covering planning, implementation, and evaluation stages. The school successfully applies differentiated approaches based on students' learning readiness, utilizes digital learning media, and integrates literacy and numeracy programs. Additionally, the school facilitates students’ religious diversity inclusively. Regular workshops attended by teachers have also enhanced their capacity to design innovative learning. In conclusion, effective curriculum management at SMKN 15 Bekasi has positively impacted learning quality, student participation, and character development.
